Pickup Location & Timing

All Pick Up Party Backdrop orders are available for local pickup at Mulberry Home in West Plains, MO.

Pickup is available the week of your event during store business hours.
For Saturday events, pickup is available Wednesday through Saturday, subject to store hours.

Vehicle Requirements (Required for Pickup)

Due to the size and structure of this setup, appropriate vehicle space is required.

6ft Party Backdrop

  • Requires a truck or full-size SUV

  • All back seats must be fully folded down

  • Cargo area must be completely cleared

  • No car seats in the cargo space

🚫 Balloon designs and backdrop pieces may not be transported in the passenger seat.

Hardware Return & Refund

A $45 refund will be issued once all backdrop hardware and slip cover are returned in good condition.
Return instructions will be provided at pickup.
