Mileage
Charges will apply to event locations over a 50 mile radius from West Plains, Missouri. Please contact us prior to booking for quote. Events over 150 miles will be required to pay 50% of rental 24 hours prior to event setup.
Setup
is preformed between 7:00 am- 2:00 pm the day of event, Details on setup/ location will be collected at booking.
Deposit
$50 non-refundable deposit is required to book our services. This deposit is put towards the total of your rental cost.
If you need to cancel your event, we will hold the deposit and you can reschedule for any future date. If you reschedule more than once there will be a $50 inconvenience fee.
