Mileage
Charges will apply to event locations outside of West Plains, Missouri. Please contact us prior to booking for quote. Events over 100 miles will be required to pay 100% of event invoice 24 -hours prior to event setup.
Setup
is preformed between 8:00 am- 4:00 pm the day of event, Details on setup/ location will be collected at booking.
Reservations outside of our setup window are subject to additional service fees.
Retainer
Reservation Retainer
To secure your booking, a non-refundable retainer is required:
Inflatable Rentals: $50 retainer fee
Back drop Rentals: $50 retainer fee
Packages with Balloon Decor: 50% of the total package price is taken as retainer.
Your retainer will be applied to the final balance, which is due 4 days prior to your event date. Please note that your reservation is not confirmed until the retainer payment has been received. This policy ensures we can dedicate the necessary time and resources to make your event unforgettable!
If you need to cancel your event, we will hold the retainer payment allowing you to reschedule for any future date. If you reschedule more than once there will be a $50 inconvenience fee.
