Do you require a deposit?

Yes! We require $50 non-refundable deposit to book our services. This deposit is put towards the total of your rental cost. If you need to cancel your event, we will hold the deposit and you can reschedule for any future date. If you reschedule more than once there will be a $50 inconvenience fee.

Does price include delivery and setup?

Yes! All deliveries and setup will be completed by Katie Lynn Co employees only.

Do you charge a mileage fee?

Yes! Charges will apply to event locations over a 50 mile radius from West Plains, Missouri. Please contact us prior to booking for quote. Events over 150 miles will be required to pay 50% of rental 24 hours prior to event setup.

What surfaces do you setup on?

We will setup on grass, turf, asphalt, concrete, pavers, or inside a venue or home. Under no circumstances will we setup rented inflatable units on rocks, gravel, or dirt.

Do you have safety protocols for your bouncers?

Yes! We take the safety of our Client’s very seriously which is why setup and take down of each unit is preformed by Katie Lynn Co. “House Rules” signage will be present at the entry of each inflatable, on the day of event, outlining our expectations for our guest to insure their safety. In addition, the inflatables are thoroughly inspected prior to leasing, again at setup, and after rental use. We keep a detailed maintenance log of each unit and document any repairs. Our inflatables are washed and sanitized immediately after use, with a spot clean preformed on site of each event.

Do you require waivers to be signed?

Yes! Rental agreements and liability waivers will be presented upon receipt of your deposit and collected on day of event. The rental agreement/ waivers help ensure both the safety of our clients as well as our company by clearly stating the rules, regulations, and our expectations. If you refuse to sign Katie Lynn Co. holds the right to cancel our services, up to and on day of event. If refusing to sign waiver on day of event, your $50 non-refundable deposit will be withheld as an inconvenience fee. As a Limited Liability Company, Katie Lynn Co holds the right to refuse service to anyone.

Can I provide my own balloon décor?

Yes of course! We love a good DIY party project and are always looking at ways to save money. All DIY décor must be authorized for use on Katie Lynn Co. units prior to event date. Poor quality latex/ décor can cause staining and permanent damage to our rental units. In addition, due to insurance purposes Katie Lynn Co. is the only authorized personal to install décor that you wish to have affixed to the inflatables. This is to ensure the safety of both our property and our guest. Installation fee can be purchased at reservation check-out, or day of event provided you notified Katie Lynn Co. 24hours prior to event that this service was needed.

Only certain personal have been trained and certified for installation on inflatables.

What is your weather policy?

If it is raining the day of your event and you decide to cancel, the $50 deposit will be held and put towards any future event, scheduled for a later date! That being said, rain will not hurt our inflatables. We encourage you to avoid cancelling due to rain.

Our inflatables must be shut off if winds exceed 15 mph. No exceptions.

Units are not available for outdoor use when temperatures are below 40 degrees. Colder temperatures cause the inflatables to become stiff and increase the likelihood of injury to users and damage to the unit.

In the case of possible weather events, you have until 6:00am the morning of your rental to let us know if you are going to reschedule!

In addition, Katie Lynn Co. LC rentals may be cancelled or cut short in the event of sever weather- It is imperative to ensure the safety of our clients and equipment.

Do you setup at parks?

Yes! We are fully licensed and insured, so we can absolutely set up at parks unless they specifically have a rule against it. We recommend reaching out to the park you have your reservation at to double check prior to booking.

During that same time, please check with your park to see what permits or proof of insurance they may need us to provide and we are happy to send that over!

It is your job to make sure the park has an electrical hookup to power the blower throughout your event. If the park you are hosting at does not have one, you will need to be prepared with a generator.

What form of payment do you accept?

We accept credit and debit cards as well as cash. If paying cash please have exact change as our delivery crew does not carry cash. If you choose not to “pay in full” at check out, at minimum you will be required to pay a $50 non-refundable deposit to secure your rental/ event date. Does the inflatable require an attendant?

Every unit requires adult supervision at all times. Even our adult parties need someone supervising during play. Having an attendant on-site will optimize safety and will increase the effectiveness of your inflatable rentals. There are several factors to consider when determining if an attendant is necessary for your event…Having an attendant on-site makes more sense if the event is run by an organization, church, or school, rather than a residential/ personal event.

One of the main factors that should go into this decision will be to think about how many adults will be watching the guests play on the inflatables. If most parents are able to closely watch their children, then there is not necessarily a need to reserve a safety attendant.

Will you be expanding your inventory?

We sure hope so! We would love to see Katie Lynn Co. grow quickly to include additional inflatable units; water slides, wet dry combo units, and a variety of solid colors. In addition, we hope to add a variety of rentable backdrops that compliment our décor packages.We’d also love to expand our inventory with a focus on small children (ages 1-5); including inventory for soft play, toddler sized tables, and chairs. Katie Lynn Co. owners have young children of their own and understand the importance of safe free-play that many event venues are not equipped for.
