How Elf Collection Works

To ensure every elf is ready for their big return:

Drop-off is subject to store hours
An order form must be completed in-store at the time of drop-off for your elf to be collected and included in your order.

🗓 Elf Collection Deadline:
Please drop off your elf before November 22nd.

Pickup Dates:
Orders will be processed and ready for pickup November 26th–29th.

Elf Arrival Date:
Your elf will be all set for the grand return on December 1st!

Elf not included — please remember to bring your own holiday helper!
