Children’s Table + Chair Rentals

Our Children’s Tables & Chairs are the perfect addition to kids’ parties, classrooms, playdates, and special celebrations. Designed specifically for little guests, this seating option provides a comfortable, kid-friendly setup that keeps children engaged while maintaining a polished, organized event space.

Whether you’re hosting a birthday party, craft station, holiday event, or school function, our tables and chairs pair seamlessly with balloon décor, themed backdrops, and activity stations.

  • Rental Pricing

    • Children’s Chairs: $3.75 each

    • Children’s Tables: $20 each

    • Pricing does not include tax or applicable service charges

      A non-refundable retainer of $50 is required to reserve your event date.

      Online Booking Minimums

      • Online booking is available in set increments only:

        • Minimum of 1 table and 8 chairs per order

      • For à la carte quantities, custom combinations, or larger package needs, please contact us directly for a custom quote.

        Delivery, Setup & Service Information

    • Free delivery within West Plains city limits

    • Deliveries outside city limits are subject to a $0.70 per mile service charge, calculated from West Plains, MO

    • Setup and takedown are performed by Katie Lynn Co. staff to ensure proper installation and care of inventory

    • Rented items must remain in their original setup location for the duration of the rental
