Important Pickup Notes

  • All grab & go balloon orders must be placed online through Katie Lynn Co.

  • Clients will select their preferred pickup location during checkout.

  • Pickup notifications and instructions will be sent once your order is ready.

  • Clients are responsible for loading balloon décor into their own vehicle upon pickup.

  • For the safety of both clients and storefront staff, partner storefront employees are unable to assist with loading balloon décor into vehicles.

  • Vehicles should be cleared of excess passengers, groceries, car seats, strollers, and clutter prior to pickup whenever possible.

  • Larger balloon designs may require an empty SUV, van, or pickup truck with adequate open space for safe transport.

  • Katie Lynn Co. is not responsible for damage caused during transportation after pickup has been completed.
